Frontal Relaxation: Glide from the center of the forehead to the temples for 2-3 minutes.

Defined Cheekbones: Sweep the large side from the upper and lower lips towards the ears, then from the chin along the jawline to the ears.
Jaw & Neck: Stroke from the lower jaw to the upper jaw, then from the underside of the jaw along the neck down to the collarbone for 2-3 minutes.
