SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental U.S. We do not accept orders that are shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses.

Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $60 USD or more in the United States. For orders under $60 USD, flat fee shipping is $4.9.

When will my order arrive?
All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days – orders will then be shipped. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Times are: (approximately)
West Coast: 2-4 business days
Central US: 3-5 business days
East Coast: 4-6 business days

Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. Please note it may take 24–48 hours for tracking to be updated by the shipper.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 Days Customer Satisfaction Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To start a return, you can contact us at contact@rosentalorganics.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware, we will not be able to refund the originally paid shipping price or the shipping cost of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and attach a photo if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of items that have been damaged after usage. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
